Tsarskoje Selo is a complex of palaces, it means village of tzars.
This is the Catharina palace, Jekaterininskij Dvorjets, named to Catharina I.
Catharina II (the Great) expended further.

On the left across the Neva the sharp tower of the Peter- and Paul cathedral,
where all emperors from Peter de Great are burried, except Peter III.
